HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho: how do they compare?

HubSpot is the easiest to love and the priciest to grow with, Salesforce is the most capable and the most consultant-hungry, Zoho is the best value and the least glamorous. All three work; businesses fail at CRM by buying the wrong size, not the wrong brand.

The longer answer

In practice.

Choose HubSpot when

Marketing and sales must share one view, your team values slick over configurable, and you accept that the free tier is a courtship. Its automation is genuinely good; its invoice grows with your contact list and your nerve.

Choose Salesforce when

You have real complexity: multiple products, teams, approval chains, integrations that must be exact. It will do anything, including consume budget endlessly if governance is weak. Under about twenty seats it is usually a suit three sizes too big.

Choose Zoho when

Price-to-capability matters most and you can live with an interface that is merely fine. For owner-led sales teams it is repeatedly the honest answer. I have migrated businesses between all three, per without losing data, and the migration method matters more than the destination.
